Quality Assurance System for Distribution and Storage

Approved by the Ministry of Health

We have experience in the pharmacy sector since 1995. We have served 138 companies and 52 countries. Now we have started operating in Dubai, one of the world trade centers, to develop our operations.

With a commitment to protecting human health, we have established a "Quality Assurance System" that is approved and monitored by the Ministry of Health. This system includes:

• Staff Training: The knowledge level of our staff is periodically updated through training sessions. This ensures that deliveries, product requirements, and customer demands are prepared in accordance with written rules and regulations.

• Surveillance and Recording: Our product acceptance, delivery, and storage areas are under 24-hour camera surveillance. All storage areas are controlled by temperature and humidity monitoring devices, with records kept in a computer system. In the event of changes in specific temperature and humidity levels, storage personnel are alerted by audible and written warnings and immediately follow the necessary procedures.

• Cold Chain: Cold chain products are stored in our 30 m² professional cold storage, monitored 24 hours by temperature and humidity devices, and recorded in a computer system. During the delivery of such products, the cold chain medication is transported with approved and calibrated temperature recording devices, and the cold chain protocol is meticulously followed.

• Medicine Tracking System: Each product entering our warehouse is checked through the medicine tracking system before being accepted into the stock.

• Packaging and Automation: Sold products are recorded in our computer system, packaged, and all operational processes are controlled and documented by our automation system.
